Personal Contact - The Certified Diabetes Nurse Educator will contact you to review your progress and answer any questions you may have about your diabetes care.

Free Diabetes Education Support Groups - During these meetings, you will gain current information from professionals in the field of diabetes and gain support from other people who lives with diabetes.

Additional Educational Classes - Classes on diabetes and related topics are offered to keep you up-to-date on the latest developments in diabetes care. Check out our calendar of events for upcoming classes.

Referrals - We can assist you in finding additional services you may find beneficial such as wound care, exercise opportunities and smoking cessation classes.
