You can stand outside and hear the cows in the pasture; you sense the peacefulness of rural Kentucky. And yet, in the heart of that which has stood for ages, stands a new, modern healthcare facility.

It all began in 1993 when Commonwealth Health Corporation purchased the Allen County War Memorial Hospital in Scottsville. On that day, CHC made a commitment to the residents of the community to build a healthcare facility they could be proud of. It would have the same vision as the Bowling Green facility – "to provide high quality, healthcare services in a caring, cost efficient, and service-oriented manner to all those we serve."

On Feb. 25, 1996, that commitment became a reality and today the residents of Allen County have an excellent facility that combines a unique setting with quality service.  Many other services are offered as well.  CHC is interested in discussing opportunities with physicians in Primary Care and all specialties.
